Happy Hormone Bliss Balls

Not quite feeling yourself?  With a weak caramel-like flavour, maca powder is a nice wellness all-rounder that can be easily added to cooking and smoothies. Respected for centuries by the people of Peru, it's know for its positive effect on hormones - both in men AND women, at all stages of life - as well as improving energy and increased cell protection.

 

Ingredients

 

1 cup dates

1 cup almonds

1.5 tsp maca powder

1 tbsp cinnamon

2 tbsp raw cacao

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup of linseeds or LSA

1/3 cup shredded coconut

pinch of Himalayan sea salt

2 tbsp chia seeds

2 tbsp coconut oil

 

Method

 

Blend all ingredients in high powered blender or food processor.

Roll mixture into balls. Can roll in more shredded coconut if you wish.
