Golden Milk (Tumeric Tea)
2 cups of milk (can be any milk - almond, macadamia, rice, cow's etc.)
1 tsp turmeric
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp honey or maple syrup
Pinch of black pepper
1/4 tsp ginger powder or small piece of fresh pepper
Pour all ingredients into a saucepan and heat for 3-5 minutes, just before boiling.
Drink as soon as cool enough.
